I was offered the restart for this update on the 9th Sept, it took about 35 minutes. Today, I minimised edge, started a full defender scan, and when I returned 20 minutes later, the lot had locked up. I still could move the mouse, but it didn't have any effect. I had to do a hard power down, and the system started and is working ok at present.

@kado897 : Sorry, hadn't noticed your post.
Hey mate,
Yep, it's being released to all Windows 10 version 1903 installations.
Cumulative Update KB4514359 .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 Windows 10 Sept.10
KB4516115 Security Update for Adobe Flash Player to Windows 10 Sept.10
Also dropped 431.85 DCH Nvidia drivers along with the other updates.
Installed over my standard driver install and borked the Nvidia control panel right up.
Had to use DDU to uninstall all of it and then let Windows Update install it again.

Is my windows stuck or something, i am on Slow Ring, but i got version 18362.356 which doesn't match this version:S?
Try resetting Windows update, or download the latest ISO (insider slow is two build behind) from Microsoft and Repair install
Yeah, I had WU install 431.85 DCH as well (I assume it was that rather than the standard driver because a message popped up about a missing NVIDIA control panel). The galling thing was that I was running the newer 436.15 driver at the time!!!
Why does Microsoft do this? Surely, an older driver from July 2019 should NEVER EVER overwrite a newer one from August/September?
I’ve now disabled the WU driver update feature as I was having a nightmare trying to do a clean install of the latest 436.30 driver as every time I rebooted WU would reinstall the 431.85 driver even though I used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Very annoying to have to disable your internet connection just so you can get around this kind of thing.
