Installing... and testing tomorrow.
Got it on my laptop. Will test tomorrow to see if my gamerrig also get this without error(s)
*We have added additional debugging capabilities for newer Intel processors. This is only relevant for hardware manufacturers.
Sounds a lot like code for "We have added additional software microcode patches for newer Intel CPUs in order to patch some vulnerabilities that have so far gone unpatched." Guess Intel has asked Microsoft to stop talking bluntly about those vulnerabilities, so Microsoft is now calling vulnerability patching simply "debugging the cpu"? I guess if you stretch it, then "debugging the CPU" could reasonably work as an alternate description for hole patching. If that's not the case, then I cannot see what value it might possibly have in a consumer Windows Insider's release version.
On a lighter note...I'm excited to see Windows core scheduling using my Ryzen 5 3600X CPU cores intelligently, throwing most of the work to the fastest cores first in a sliding scale! That's a pretty neat feature if it works! Will be looking at that closely in the coming days....
This auto-downloaded and got to restart on my Surface Pro 3 without any intervention on my part. It's working on updates now. Glad MS has merged the "get features" and "don't get features" streams now, as covered over at Thurrott: Windows Insider Program Finally Cleans Up Its 19H2 Mess - Thurrott.com.

Well this update installed first time yesterday after a fairly lengthy install compared with previous cumulative updates (took around 4-5 minutes) but that was likely because the previous update (18362.10015) failed to install at all despite 18 attempts. Glad I paused the previous updates now instead of reinstalling Windows from USB memory stick. I only found out about this update from a YouTube video and on turning off pause updates was immediately prompted to install this new update.
Why is this build not v1909 though as we are now in September when the second of the two half yearly Windows updates are normally released to Insiders. Build 18362.329 is v1909 is it not?
