    Tomorrow is Update Tuesday and should get a new CU that includes everything in KB4512941 plus security fixes and hopefully a fix for the Cortana problem.

    Others have seen this as well. On my computers, seeing the last installed CU in the list of pending updates has become normal.

    I don't use WU so it is just wasted info for me rather than wasted downloading & installing time.

    KB4512941 got reinstalled somehow when I installed KB4515384 and I was right back to having Action center not working along with volume on taskbar.

    I just uninstalled it again and everything is working. I
    I've got updates delayed for 7 days for now.

    increase the amount of days of delaying updates between 14 to 21, instead of 7, Ztruker

    MS will be releasing a new CU for 1903 on the last week of September
