Managed to install the update after restart and repeated tries on both machines.

Anyone else having this issue? It's impossible to use the computer like that. This is following latest update just now.

Thank you so much! That was a life saver!

Can't believe Microsoft can make such a big mistake to modify that BingSearch to a 0. Definitely not acceptable in my opinion. This caused me a headache.

Adding the registry key did nothing for me.

In frustration, I did a repair install with a freshly downloaded 1903 ISO.

That worked. It either included the 329 bits or downloaded them during the installation. (I presume the latter.)

Still no go this morning, I've done a DISM cleanup, rebooted but still getting the same error. The update runs to 20%, jumps to 44%, then 100%, then fails. Another PC here installed it no problem.

So if you have done a cleanup ie Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup, how do you un do it so the update can actually be installed?
