The issue is there are two versions of build, one release preview and one slow ring -- the version that makes everyone able to do that calendar thing is the .10019 and not .329 - if I read the information at the beginning of .10019 correctly

I think you are right although I have the feature in both.

Cumulative Update KB4517245 Windows 10 v1909 Build 18363.329 - Sept. 5-image.png

Used DISM to clean things up before I tried this upgrade and SFC, rebooted, cleaned out the Software Dist Download folder, except for Shared Cache, reset updates. No joy. What's strange is that when I run "updates" it grabs 2941 won't install, same error, then asks if I want a "feature" update which I accept then the error message as above.

by far the best build ive ever used is 1493 modded lite version. Night day performance wise. used 600 mb on startup its like im using linux.
