I'm confused, is this 18362 or 18363? The source blog says 18363...
...andAfter the update finishes, they will be on 19H2 Build 18363.327.
Testing the throttled delivery approach for 19H2 | Windows Experience Blog... to designate 19H2 as a feature update, we are revising the baseline build number by one full build.
Also, shouldn't this thread have the 'Insider' tag?

Microsoft has released a new cumulative update KB4512941 for Windows 10 19H1 version 1903 build 18362.327 to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring.
Release notes are not yet available from Microsoft. This post will be updated if/when available.
