It is the first build where I have any issues with it (: And the problem exists not only for me as I see from prev.topic and over internet. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And looking how long can Microsoft can sometimes fix the problems.. In example with Sandbox and 0x80070002 error which were fixed after 5 month... I brought some pop-corn already and monitor threads :)
Yes I've seen multiple reports on this, so it is a real thing, that's for sure. Same as Sandbox issues are a real thing. That one I have activated just because I can, not because I currently would find it useful for anything.

I don't know what kind of sorcery is going on, on all my machines, they simply just work these days, without any issues.

    Hi there
    @slicendice
I've tried zillions of these builds on all sorts of hardware and installed on both physical machines and VM's using both Windows and Linux as Hosts and I have to agree with you -- some people seem on "Bog standard Gear" to get more problems than Gandalf the Wizard could fix -- all my stuff just works -- OK there's a defect or two but that's to be expected with these types of builds and usually its liveable with so what on earth people have on their machines that causes major headaches for them I can't begin to guess -- maybe too many of pretty useless these days 3rd party Anti Virus software hosing up the works !!!!!

    Cheers

Kek. I found what causing problem to Cortana by myself.
    The problem is somewhere inside
    Code:
    c:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy\cache\
Some scripts cause loop and Cortana is stuck on initialization as I see through Proccess Monitor logs.
Inserting the folder from prev.version works fine insead of black search window

Btw, looking of meaning "cache", the folder is not recreated / regenerated by itself after delete

Folder saved from backup of 362.295 build (as I remember): cache.rar - Google Drive

    Hi there
I've always hated Cortana so that's one error / defect I wouldn't likely myself to have encountered while testing.

I still can't understand why people want to scream vocal commands at imbecillic machines -- isn't there enough ambient noise around already -- what's wrong with using a menu with a remote controller --especially when other people are present in the room.

However these days where people are so oblivious to others - nothing surprises me -- please can bosses in these hideous "Open Plan" offices make a rule -- disable computer keyboard click sounds, mobile phone click sounds and email notification beeps -- the users of these things have no idea how irritating these are to other people using a "shared space". Most though usually are apologetic and disable the sounds - they just have never realized that beyond their "blogosphere" there is actually a class of Humans !!!!!!. Definitely an age related thing as the under 25's don't seem to be bothered by other people's computer keyboard clicks etc etc.

    Cheers

I downloaded KB 4512941 (Os build 18362.327) this morning and I still have the same problem I encountered when I downloaded the 'first' KB4512941 (Os build 18362.325) i.e the High Cortana Cpu usage even when I had it disabled in Group Policy. I then have to go to the Task Manager and click on 'end task' several times until the problem is temporarily solved as I have to repeat the procedure when I boot or reboot my computer. I never had this problem before even if Cortana was disabled a long time ago.

When Zuckerberg did his annual challenge to automate his house a few years ago, he found out that he preferred to just text message his "bot" instead of voice command because he didn't want to bother other people in the room.
