I got this one installed on the day of release, but didn't see this note until now. No problems with download, install, or aftermath as far as I can tell.

For everyone who installed this update please try and run any program that uses .net. It completely castrates .net. Going back to 295 fixes the issue. This update is crap.
My net programs work like normal.

That doesnt make sense as uninstalling the update solves the issue for me.

It makes sense to me as mine are working as well as another member's. You could have had a bad install? Are you in The Insiders Program?

What do you base that on? At least creating with .NET in Visual Studio and the graphics program Paint NET works just fine.

He should probably run sfc /scannow and see if any files are corrupt.

I did no files are corrupt. Works fine in .295 and does not work in .325. That is what it is based on lol. I open a program that uses .net and it just doesnt open and gives an error in event viewer. Pretty simple. Also no one finds it odd that this build has high cortana cpu usage if you have it disabled in group policy? I mean come on.

Cortana is at 0% memory and cpu unless I'm in the process of using it so IDK what you're on about.
