Good news/Bad news. [Good news] 18965 went in on the first try, but slow and differing behavior. After manual restart, Configuring went up to 59% and then jumped to Working on Updates. @ 29% did the first restart, jumped to 30 and then 60 back to 57 then 69 and another restart @ 75% and on to completion. [Bad news] looking at update history, I now have 5 (Five) updates!
Anybody have any idea on how to straighten this out???

Not on the IP Fast Ring anymore on my second machine (couldn't fix the File Explorer's search bar missing), but still would like to follow this thread and see what gives. I am trying to put that machine right now on release preview from 1903.
