Pulled the plug and when I fired it up it went through the restart procedure and I'm on 18965.

Bad news is the transparency is still borked for me.

That's the same thing that happened to me on 16963. I turned the computer off, disconnected all of the external USB devices, plugged the computer back in and rebooted. I'll have to wait until tonight and see if it does the same thing on 18965.

Edit: Sat for 1 hour on sitting at 100% Configuring Update for Windows 10 and then finished installing 18965.

No external USB devices here. It's a VBox VM.

7 computer updated without problems.

Timed only one, it took 40 minutes a bit more than 18963.
