    Probably a good thing.

How do I open a file in Edge beta? There is no Menu and no way I can see to show one.
When I download a file it appears at the bottom left, once it finished downloading small window showing with Open File, I am not sure whether you are looking for this but anyway, this is what I find in my Edge beta.

The Options seem a bit easier to setup but still no way to set what page opens when you start a new tab.
It's fast and stable so far.

Anyone tried it with flash yet? I see it has PepperFlash in it's installation folder.
I use the Chromium version of flash for Vivaldi and Edge Beta and works OK.

Drag 'n' Drop the file into the address bar and press Enter.

Or use [CTRL+O] then browse to the file you want to open.

Ctrl+O, that's what I was looking for. Looks like they have done away with the Menu (File Edit View ...)

Nah, it's broke. I have a lamb.swf on my Desktop. I told Edge to always ask. Use3d Ctrl+O to browse to it, select and open it. Edge turns right around and opens a Download dialog.

Works with .htm or .html, doesn't handle .swf correctly.

I know flash is a no-no but this is a Christmas lost lamb and Jesus swf that I really like and put up on my web site every year. It's safe so I would like to play it.

Edited last post. Also you can get a menu bar but no File>Open is provided.

Proper Menubar for Google Chrome - Chrome Web Store

As far as I know it doesn't exist in Chrome (Chromium) browsers.

What happened to the Favorites dropdown button?

I don't much care for the Favorites Bar, nor for MS moving all my Favorites into it.

If that was Manage Favorites then right click on the Favorites bar and select Manage Favorites.

The bottom 4 choices are for favorites:

It has been moved under Settings.
