slicendice,
For some user's, they haven't had any issues with this update..just like me, I couldn't get it to install on my desktop computer, but it installed without any issues on my ASUS T100 tablet.

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version Next (10.0.18362.10014) (KB4508451) - Error 0x800f0984
My gamerrig (Windows 10 x64 pro RETAIL) can't install this. Like others here it fails. As written in #50 in this thread, my old laptop just ate it without troubble.
Maybe MS will make a new installer?
EDIT: I have now made an ISO from Kari's guide. But what do I do with this ISO? I don't want to reinstall my Windows, just get this update installed
Right click the iso file you want to use and select mount.
Open up my computer and double click the mounted installer.
Follow the prompts to install while saving your files and settings.
Simple as that.
In this case as in all others, creating a back up image with
Macrium Reflect or similar software is highly recommended.

Yes, that did it. 45 minutes it took, and I still need to run "disk cleanup" to remove "old.windows". I'm now on ver 18362.10015, and that was my wish . Thank you for helping me out.
An interesting write up here on the progresss of 19H2.
Microsoft releases Windows 10 build 18362.329 to production - here's what's new - Neowin
Hello.
Any solution to error 0x800f0984 from MS? Outside ISO reinstallation?
Thanks for the reply Kari but that article does have a lot to do with 19H2. Just because the build number says 1903 not 1909 means nothing at this stage. Also there are several different versions around depending whether tou are on the RP Ring or Slow Ring, I'm on the Slow Ring on version 19H2 and winver shows :-
