    I didn't think so!!!
    MS has brought some changes to Notepad starting this build. Maybe worth reading.

    Updated two VMs on Linux. One Windows Pro and on Windows for Workstations (which was a VM created on my physical volume of Windows so apparent disk size is 1 TB. Actual size on disk is 114.5 GB).

    Well...,

    Got 18963 back up and running, virtually clean!

    There's lots of stuff screwed up on this Build!!!

    I'm done guinea pigging, testing! I'm not sorting this mess out for them!

    (And, that Notepad thing ain't right!!!)

    I have found how to reinstall Notepad.exe if have it uninstalled without reinstalling Windows.
