    I wouldn't think so as it doesn't affect programs. I you uninstall Candy Crush Saga would a repair install bring it back?

    Anyway......,

    I think it was a mistake to put the UWP version of Notepad in the OS, with the ability to uninstall it, and no way to redeem it from the Store, yet!

    (Specially for idiots like me!!!)
