Arrrgh! I go out of town and a new build drops.

    Grrrr.

OK, so in the known issues section:

Insiders may notice a new “Cloud download” option in the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) under “Reset this PC”. This feature is not working quite yet. We’ll let you know once it is, so you can try it out!
Then why the $^#&$%^$#@ heck is it showing up if we can't use it?

We’re investigating reports that the minimize, maximize, and close title bar buttons aren’t working for certain apps. If you’re using an impacted app, Alt+F4 should work as expected to close the app if needed.
Of course, most apps show up in the taskbar, so right click and close should work too - but there are a couple of apps I have that do not show up in the taskbar - 2 of which are currently not configurable, so it is the initial loading screen of said apps.

Didn't think it would install after all the problems I had with previous build. Also UUP to ISO had an error with the WIM and I was sure it was in the download.

Build 18963, Error Creating ISO from UUP files

The upgrade from build 18956 to 18963 with W.U. worked fine, looks like it skipped getting things ready and went directly to download and install.
After it completed the Install I tried to create an ISO file from the UUP's but ended up with this error:

    Creating install.wim . . .
