    There are plenty of posts about issues with this update on windows community as well, funny that this is one of the updates Microsoft are releasing to cure the issues people have with updates!!!
    Try a repair install with MMCT, it will use the latest ISO that has the CU update rolled in, worked for me.

    Yep, I had to do an inplace upgrade to get that damn update to install.

    There we go, bug now acknowledged:

    This explanation makes sense to me - issue seems related to Component Store clean-up:

    Hi folks

    Did I create the wrong iso for creating a clean install of this build -- I've got 18362.1 which I think is the slow build -- note I get mine from UUPDUMP so it's probably easy to download the wrong one --especially after a glass or two of those "nice beverages"

    However it seems to be working without any expiration / watermarks so I'm minded to leave it --any thoughts !!

    Cheers

    18362.1 was the original 1903 RTM build. 18362.10000 was the first 19H2 Slow Ring build. Not sure if you can get an iso for that though.

    @jimbo45

    This is the latest on UUPDUMP: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 (18362.295) amd64

    Even if it says CU, it really means it downloads the original 18362.1 and then applies the update into it before creating the ISO. It's quite slow to create though because of all the slipstreaming.

    That's the current 1903 CU.
