This update took over two minutes total, including the restart. All is good though.

I am still having integrity violations (as reported by sfc /scannow) after applying this CU. Again fixed by running dism + sfc.
I guess I am not alone on this.

I had them in the last few CUs, however after updating to this CU and running sfc /scannow it found no problems.
It could be that I just ran those dism + sfc commands about a week or so ago (forgot about it after the last CU) to fix the integrity violations. Maybe it's been fixed since the last time you ran those commands?

Interesting. I could be mistaken, but I've only noticed the integrity violations after Defender updated the antimalware platform. I got this CU yesterday, just ran sfc /scannow and everything was fine. Microsoft did say a fix was coming in "a future update". I guess I'll find out with the next antimalware platform update. But then again …

Do you have Windows 10 Pro?

If yes, do you have everything to do with virtualization turned on in both BIOS and Windows?

Plus you will then need need to install it through "Turn Windows features on/off" in control panel.

Maybe you would like using a free third party utility such as T-Clock Redux for date and time. You can have whatever font, size, color and layout you want.
