If nothing worked from the previous article, You can always try to get the ISO from UUPDump for this build and mount it for a repair install.

Mine does. The only problem I still seem to have with 18956 is that File Explorer's search bar is rendering in a small box. It has been like that for the past 3 builds. I have tried many fixes already and nothing worked.
