    Improvements and fixes in the update

    The following updates are available for all Surface Pro (5th Gen) devices running Windows 10 May 2019 Update, version 1903 or greater:

    • 15.68.17013.110 improves Bluetooth connectivity.
    Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. – Net – 15.68.17013.110 Marvell AVASTAR Wireless-AC Network Controller – Network adapters

    • 15.68.17013.110 improves Wi-Fi connectivity.

    The following updates are available for all Surface Pro (5th Gen) devices running Windows 10 April 2018 Update, version 1803 or greater:

    Surface - Firmware – 239.2660.257.0 Surface System Aggregator

    • 239.2660.257.0 improves battery performance stability.
    Surface – System – 4.18.139.0 Surface Integration – System devices

    • 4.18.139.0 improves integration between services.
    Surface – System – 3.0.10.1 Surface Pen Firmware Update – System devices

    • 3.0.10.1 resolves intermittent pen top button click failure on Surface Pen with no clip.
    • Use the Surface Pen Checker Tool to verify that the Pen’s firmware was successfully updated.
    Surface – HIDClass – 1.0.9.0 Surface Pen Integration Device – Human Interface Devices

    • 1.0.9.0 enables firmware update to Surface Pen with no clip.

    Interesting. My 5th gen Surface Pro which is running Insider "Slow" Version 1903 Build 18362.10005 was not offered any upgrades when I checked just now. It appears that my SP5 got these updates on 12th July (AU date) other than the pen software.
    But my Surface Pro 6, running release Version 1903 Build 18362.267 was offered updates, plus firmware today, and they have successfully installed.

    Both systems are running x64 Pro.
