Since you have the Pro version you can follow the steps in this tutorial using Group Policy Editor to disable automatic updates.

To be fair I really want it too but it appears to be only that one site proclaiming it, no other real sources. Hope I`m wrong and it arrives soon.
Well, I hope it fixes the issue I have of 8 different Apps not updating, just sitting in a queue that never shows any progress in the progress bars, and also makes Mail work again.
Now that I think about it, it would be more likely for it to be released tomorrow. Second Tuesday of the month.
Until the confusion between the Cumulative Update and Service Release 1 is solved, ain't no way we'll ever see the end of it! :)
OK, the Cumulative Update caused all the havoc with "BootLoop".

Windows 10 Service Release 1 doesn't seem to have been released to us yet. Also, FWIW, I'm pretty sure that everyone should get Service Release 1, both Insiders and those who are not Insiders.
