Noticed a change in the Pre-Desktop propaganda this time. First time I've seen this one. Was expecting the whole screen to turn bright green at any time.......

Some three hours later at second attempt succeeded doing an Update.
This time a whole raft of updates occurred after installation.
Had to smile at note during raft of updates at bottom of screen...."Your organisation manages your update settings"...... You could have fooled me.

All installed OK here. I actually thought this one was pretty quick, certainly the getting things ready and downloading part.

Update successful here. I waited until it told me to Restart, then went on to other things around the house. I have no idea how long the complete install took.

I used the .ISO. Upgraded the 2 laptops to 18945, and clean installed 18945 on my desktop - It was simply time.

Slowly setting things back up the way I want them, but I'm in no rush - there were a ton of updates in the Store, though.

My news tile has just frozen (will have to try a reboot) and I'm also seeing a very brief screen appear when I click on 'Update and Settings'. I've seen it twice now but its way to quick to read or make out.

I don't use much from the Store.

A restart has got the tile functioning correctly. No idea what happened on that one.

Seems as how shutdown and reboot can fix a lot of issues. Only the Shadow knows why . . .

WU at first was stuck trying to load edge and had to reboot the system. Then several reboots later took forever to load but seems to have settled down now. Can't see any issues at the moment.
