RST drivers don't seem to apply to Surface devices, so at least I can rule that one out.

As for the Repair Install, jog my memory, can that be done from System Recovery, or does it have to be initiated via install media?

    EDIT:
Nevermind. I answered my own question. That's what I get for posting before searching.

That was one of the reasons (main one) that pushed me to roll back to 1809, aside from my Microsoft Edge that couldn't be launched at all. With regard to the mouse (cursor) instability, it was so freaking unnerving that I couldn't take it anymore.

There is a huge bug in this update. I applied update KB4505903 on my desktop and Dell XPS 13 (9360), after the update Task Manager froze every time on launch. I didn't realize immediately that it had to do with the cumulative update.
I also noticed that when the device was going into sleep mode a BSOD was caused, also on both devices visible in the event manager by several critical events.

I removed the update from both devices, now everything is working fine...
Never had such an experience before, so take care when installing it.

It was installed on my PC on 7/26. No new problems since then.

Much appreciated. A Repair Install fixed it right up.

Now, if only MS could iron out what's going on with Night Light on 1903...

After the 1903 update, it remains on the white screen for a while after waking the computer. and then the login screen appears. I think this issue may have been solved in every incoming update, but the result fails. Please help me if there is someone who knows the solution.

    Greetings,
I have an issue with kb4505901. I have an XPS 15 9550 running Windows 10 pro 1903. There is a TB16 thunderbolt dock attached to the thunderbolt port. When I applied this update and rebooted, everything attached to the dock stopped working. External drive, mouse, keyboard, etc.

I had created an image just before the update and was able to revert to that.

Anybody else run into this issue? Second, not sure if this is a Windows or a Dell issue.

Any input and/or direction would be most appreciated.

    Regards,
    Graham
