Enrolled one of my new Lenovo laptops (X380 Yoga) in the Insider Release Preview stuff. Now I can play with these as well (also have one Slow and two Fast Ring test PCs as well). This one downloaded very fast, but took a little longer to install. And indeed, release have come thick and fast this week.

My desktop installed this kb on the 17th but the build was 263 now this one ups the build to 264 but it won't install. Should I clear out the windows updates folder and try again?

Microsoft has released a new cumulative update KB4505903 for Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.264 to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring.
Release notes are not yet available from Microsoft. This post will be updated if/when available.
