This download was about 30 - 45 minutes total time from start to finish. The problem with the sluggishness is gone! Great!
I only updated one computer due to the fact that I was in Dr. offices and hospitals all day today so too tired to do any more. I did update the one computer that exhibited the sluggish screen, mouse, keyboard actions in previous build.

Done with none of the problems described above. Windows Update.
    SAME on 4 separate SSD's with W10 64bit Pro..
On my Alienware M17X about 12 years old.......
and my Dell Latitude E5530 about 6 years old....

What worked for me with Zero Install issues and about 40-45 mins in total time to install.

My Method that Works for me... :)

    1. NO Live WU Download, Pause WU if you must and if on W10 Pro versions.
    2. Downloaded your 100% correct ISO with UUP Dump See Link I use Version 1.2.0.exe ..
Tags . UUP dump / downloader . GitLab
    3. Mounted ISO onto a clean USB Flash Drive (16GB) with Rufus 3.5.
    4. Attach (keep) USB Flash Drive to PC (do nothing).
    5. Disconnect wi-fi and or Ethernet Connection to PC (no live connections to internet).
    6. With ONLY ISO Flash Drive still attached, REMOVE ANY-OTHER USB Connected Devices to PC,
    RE-START PC.
    7. Then Allow PC to fully Settle.
    8. Click on 'This PC' and locate ISO Flash Drive, right click or Run, Right Click on Set-Up and Run ISO As Admin.
    9. WAIT.....Should soon see a WINDOWS splash screen, click on the install, click NO for download files or checking of.
    10. Should see 'Policy Contract', ACCEPT it...next.
    11. Next should see TWO CHECKED TICKED want to KEEP Files, etc, all OK, then click NEXT.
    12. Blue Screen Install should Proceed to 100%, then Auto Re-Start @ about 30%, then about 50-67% , maybe again, about 2-3 times* and Install without ANY Issues.
    * I think number of auto Re-Boots depends on prior Build Version.

Once Finished PC will settle, click on your Wi-Fi Connection and or Ethernet Cable internet and connect your PC.
Once live I then like to Re-Start PC again and allow to settle and then do A CLEAN UP with Crap Cleaner (CCleaner), do a Systems Cleanup, Optimize SSD.

Anyway, this is what always works for me and you don't have to bother with Boot Loop failures or Rolling Back flights or about PC going into a continuous Boot-loop as you already have a Boot Drive (Flash Drive) connected and within new ISO.

So basically you do not LIVE WU to upgrade Flights.

For the record, I wont continue as an Insider once this Version is finalised and final Released as I am just fed up with what M$ does to their customers who volunteer being their field testers which I do not have any Issue with, Just the quality of what they push out to 'we the people', the number of faults which are Not Addressed and the EXACT Same faults/issues keep re-appearing like MS techs never learn or catalogue issues for future reference so they are fixed Before Builds are released, we are treated like mugs on ground hog day.

Then exactly what M$ are including in new Builds, all of these co called new Apps and new Features, IMO is just more JUNK that nobody uses, exactly does anybody 'Use' this new product?, does it make your experience with M$ Windows 10 any better?
    Who actually authorises these changes?
Would be interesting to see any internal polls or stats on what is actually used with W10 Pro OS by their operators.

Had it in 18936, have same error now.
Pausing WU, sitting and... waiting for next build.

    Hi @Kari
    any reason why you reverted

I've got the iso from UUPDUMP and was just about to go for the install when I read your post. I always image a system before starting so not a problem but if it's a waste of time to install this build I'll skip.

I'm looking to test WSL 2 on this release -- I know the wretched Language problem hasn't yet been properly fixed -- but as a test build I can live with that

Update -- going to try the later 941 build. Forgetting this one now

    cheers

    Hi folks

It's currently on UUPDUMP for those who can't get it -- for some reason it didn't like downloading with FF but it worked OK with IE11 !!! --could be that the server was being updated at the time I was trying the original download. Anyway I've made the iso now and after system image backup I'll update this machine (physical HP laptop -- not on a VM).

    Cheers

I apparently posted in wrong thread, that was meant to be in 18941 thread, not here in 18936 thread. Anyway, both failed for the same reason, mentioned in Known Issues for both builds:

    Hi there
Mine seems to be working so far -- 90% ready

I'm updating an HP laptop with intel i5 dual core processor and Intel graphics -- no specific eseoteric hardware on that laptop.

Posting this on my Linux desktop via FF until the W10 laptop has finished when I'll test it -- I really want to push WSL 2 to the limit so that's why I'm starting the build not on a VM first.

    Cheers
