Thanks @Brink.
Up and running 45 minutes but no time to play tonight.

No bounce(s) here...
But painfully slow (compared to the last 4 or 5 builds), usually I was in between 25 and 40 minutes to complete but this one took 60 minutes.
Successful upgrade from 18936 > 18941 - but not without a very odd installation issue identical to my upgrade from 932 > 936.
- First attempt failed with a black screen that required powering off the system.
- After powering back on, the system successfully rolled back to 18936 and booted to the desktop.
- Did not retry the upgrade within the rolled back environment - fearing leftovers from the failed attempt.
- Restored an image of the the 18936 system taken just before the failed upgrade attempt.
- Opened Settings > Update > clicked Check for updates
- Both the preparing and installing stages went somewhat faster than the preceding failed attempt
- Clicked reboot as soon as the dialog appeared
- System rebooted, completed the upgrade, and is running 18941 successfully.
I encountered this same issue and used the same procedure (restoring an image) in the 932 > 936 upgrade. No explanation for the behavior - except IMHO - Microsoft may be doing some A/B testing behind the scenes with the Windows upgrade plumbing which is reported back to MS via their installation telemetry that is part of the Insider builds...but that's just a guess...
Install went ok. Seemed like more reboots than average and bounced around in the percentages of install a few times. So far so good.
