Doesn't give us many clues though does it. All I can say is that my PC seems to have been speeded up.

I’m glad to know we’re all in the dark together. I wondered what to be looking for—anything?

If you go by the previous blog post, these features are enabled in 10006:

    • Windows containers require matched host and container version. This restricts customers and limits Windows containers from supporting mixed-version container pod scenarios This update includes 5 fixes to address this and allow the host to run down-level containers on up-level for process (Argon) isolation.
    • A fix to allow OEMs to reduce the inking latency based on the hardware capabilities of their devices rather than being stuck with latency selected on typical hardware configuration by the OS.
    • Key-rolling or Key-rotation feature enables secure rolling of Recovery passwords on MDM managed AAD devices upon on demand request from in-tune/MDM tools or upon every time recovery password is used to unlock the BitLocker protected drive. This feature will help prevent accidental recovery password disclosure as part of manual BitLocker drive unlock by users.
    • A change to enable third-party digital assistants to voice activate above the Lock screen.

    In the 10005 release notes:
"Please note that these changes and improvements are currently OFF by default in this build. As mentioned previously, we may ship features in these updates turned off by default and turn them on via controlled feature rollouts."

    In the 10006 release notes:
    "
Today we have released 19H2 Build 18362.10006 for a subset of Windows Insiders that turns on the features delivered as part of Build 18362.10005 (noted in the below blog post) earlier this week"

So from reading all that 10006 enables the four features mentioned above. Not really consumer level stuff.

Yes, I agree. Seems related to level above consumer level for sure.

Yay. I'm one of the chosen ones. Now to start testing................................?.........................nothing for normal users to test. Oh well there is regression testing. Let's see what it's broken.

    Hi there
It doesn't update from 10005 -- however I installed 10005 via UUPDUMP -- I'll have a go again with UUPDUMP to get this update.

Looks like though it's unimportant for typical home users but "if you are a glutton for punishment" and working from home today so a bit of time "to play".

    Cheers

I had this offered but the install failed with: ""We couldn't install some updates using the account you're signed in with". Have not seen this message before.
