    It keeps failing for me.
    I have had the updates failing constantly since late march - but just recently I went into BIOS and turned off "safe boot", let all USB-drives etc still be attached and now the updates work just fine. Maybe worth trying?

    Note: I went back to enable "safe boot" after the 1903 update finally installed, then the problem came back - so it was no coincidence.
