I didn't update yet but was wondering, in the last build in quick access where I says after you've opened documents, we'll show the most recent ones here the text had weird characters in it, is it fixed?
Being on 18936, and manually updating the nVidia driver to the latest 431.36 from nVidia, and I've experienced none of hte laggieness - and I watch numerous videos on YouTube every day.
However, I'm also using Firefox Nightly.
@Steven Campoli - nope. But all you need to do to not see that is allow recent content in the system, and it goes away.
It's basically getting stuck at displaying apostrophes (and perhaps other punctuation).
Hi folks
Windows display language issue not fixed --- (again) !!!!!

Are you one of the (very) small number of #WindowsInsiders stuck on builds between 18912-18926? Reboot! We talk about the bug causing the snag and the workaround (reboot!) in this Answers thread post:

Hello Windows Insiders!
As we've been working through feedback and telemetry, we've found a bug that hit a small portion of users. I'll outline the details below on what the bug is and how to work around it (hint: reboot!).
Who: Windows Insiders in the Fast ring on 20H1 builds
What: A (very) small number of users may find that their device is "stuck" on a build somewhere between 18912 and 18926
Why: We have identified a bug in a build delivery function that causes the process to hang, causing update scans to not complete successfully.
To resolve: A device reboot will bypass the issue and allow users to scan for updates.
A fix for this bug is available in builds 18927 and higher, but we'd like to share the word to help folks bypass who may be impacted.
Thank you as always!

I'm shell shocked after reading all the negative reporting on this build, however did an upgrade from 18932 to 18936 with no issues to report at this time. Upgrade took less than an hour and no hiccups along the way. I feel fortunate at this point.
So when the going gets boring what else can you do. Flash the BIOS of course. Used AMD @BIIOS to flash the BIOS from a server (a first for me) and lived to tell the tail - after 2 cold starts (whew). Save me from doing this stuff M$
