I also had the the PS1.0 corruptions in my system. Would not have noticed it at all if I hadn't read this thread. A simple DISM and SFC combo fixed it all.
I haven't had any other issues at all, except for horrible AMD display driver updates (which of some can't run when AMD-v is enabled) and occasional Synaptics TouchPad enhancement driver crashes (noticed this in ReliabilityMonitor only).
Things like SandBox is running well and don't have anything to complain about anything really.
I installed 18362.239 and ran SFC /scannow and got the error message. Than I ran dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and reran SFC /scannow with no errors.
WEK
installed without errors!
include new SSU patch
Was not getting the latest version as seen in post # 90 . Force it in cmd prompt to get the latest Antimalware version.

Ed,
Since you are catching up -
As you might already have noticed in this thread, several people have been getting unexpected SFC failures after WD updates to Antimalware client version 4.18.1906.3
Some people have fixed it using dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Others have had to use a sequence such as SFC, reboot, dism, reboot, SFC
What worked for my computers was the shorter sequence suggested by bastet,
Restart the computer, then
[in a single session not interupted by further restarts]
SFC /ScanNow
dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
SFC /ScanNow
Best of luck,
Denis
