Another possibility.....
"You will experience these symptoms if you have just enough free disk space to pass the compatibility check for installing Windows 10, but not enough disk space for the additional updates that are installed during setup. "

Just saw your post about firewall. Sorry.
There's always an exception. (he said sarcastically)
Did you get the bad connection warning pop-up?
Seems a lot of errors with this # are connectivity problems so the firewall is the first to check but it can involve Outlook mail and that's a sync problem, then the system clock can be off, etc....etc.
Glad to hear that worked for you once you removed / fixed / disabled the exception
I await in great anticipation!
Just slow down, think good thoughts, and the link will be where you left it.
This error most of the time is related to your internet connection. If you are using some proxy settings, you will have to disable it:
-Open the Run dialog box (Windows Key +R) and type: "inetcpl.cpl" without the quotes, then go to:
1-Connections tab
2-Click on LAN settings
3-In Local Area Network window, make sure that "Automatically detect settings" is ticked
4- Untick "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN"
If that doesn't fix your problem, try to reset Windows Update Component:
