Also, not sure if you read back or not, but UUPDUMP just started doing something new , in that they have multiple releases of the same build, which you'll see as Windows 10 Insider Preview 18932.1000 (rs_prerelease) amd64, Windows 10 Insider Preview 18932.1000 (rs_prerelease) (2) amd64, and Windows 10 Insider Preview 18932.1000 (rs_prerelease) (3) amd64, for example, for the 18932 x64 builds. If you're on Skip Ahead builds, you'll want (3) for the updated release, and the one with no numbers for the original release (though there is probably a reason that M$ re-issued it, so you're *probably* better with (3). If you're not on Skip Ahead, but regular Fast track on Insiders builds, you'll want (2).
And since you ran the .ISO, and we're at the same installing screen, I'm guessing that means you mounted the .ISO and ran setup.exe, right?
I used Windows 10 Insider Preview 18932.1000 (rs_prerelease) amd64 to install on a new ssd with no problem (fast ring as supposedly there is no difference now with skip ahead). Of course M$ has released the "offical" 18932 for Insiders (thx Shawn) so maybe that's the one to use. I would however be interested in how you found out this information about UUPDUMP - there is no difference whatsoever in the filesizes of iso 1, 2 or 3 although of course that doesn't mean there are no differences in the binaries - but my guess is that is likely.
    Thanks @martyfelker
    I will check that out.

It currently is working for me.
I will try again later today but yesterday I did many times with the same result.
Perhaps it was because I was using Firefox 68.

I don't know whether or not MS is open minded but as far as Linux and open source go they don't have much of a choice. I can't fathom why anybody would pay, say $300, for Windows for Workstations when any major Linux distro is just as good and free. Did everybody see that IBM finalized the deal to buy Red Hat for a cool 34 billion? Maybe MS should buy out Shuttleworth.

@martyfelker - first off, not sure how the quotation keeps getting b0rked in your replies. But I posted that info, and there was a link posted by someone else that explained exactly was going on, from the guy who is (soon to be was) maintaining UUPDUMP, whatever127.

I found this post at MDL where he explains it all.

[DISCUSSION/DOWNLOAD] UUP dump - download Windows 10 UUPs with ease | Page 136 | My Digital Life Forums

Now, if you actually go to the UUPDUMP website itself, Browse known builds - UUP dump you get a list of things you can DL - I always then choose The Browse the List link at hte top left. That usually puts the newest builds at the top.

From there, you can see that there are 3 builds for AMD64 builds of 18932.

    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18932 (20H1) - July 3-uupdump-2.png

Click on any one of those, and the next screen tells you more info, specifically at the bottom, which one is which. E.g. clicking on the one with no number after it, the 'origianl' as I called it, is a Skip Ahead build:

    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18932 (20H1) - July 3-uupdump-3.png

If you click on the one with (2) after it you see Fast in place of that Skip Ahead. And if you pick (3) you see Skip ahead again.

According to whatever127's own words, the ones with the numbers are the ones that supersede previous builds. Thus, logically speaking, (3) supersedes the one with no numbers as they are the same ring.

I, too, noticed that all 3 were DLd and .ISO built was the exact same size.

They should, secure boot would be compatible with mainline kernel (Debian packages).
