Success on second attempt, 74 minutes for firsts and second attempt combined

    MS said:
We fixed an issue resulting in some Insiders finding that their File Explorer search box was rendering in an unexpectedly small space and crashed when clicked.

Confirmed explorer search bar all fixed now

Smooth and quick on my Fast machine, but it didn't work on Skippy. It reverted to 18922 after "getting things ready" and "installing" looped back and forth following which I had to resort to "Update and restart." I'll try again later after running sfc and the dism series. May clean out C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download for good measure.

Also had to use the Start menu Update/restart.

seems like the initial getting things ready phase has changed - no back reversions at 77% and 100%
