Probably it is just me, because I have not seen it mentioned by any other member in this thread. After installing this build (18932) on my second machine, the mice and cursor (Logitech M150 & Logitech MX Master) were not working at all, so much so that I had to use MR to roll back to previous build (18922). It is definitely and quintessentially unnerving to get along with just the screen Keyboard and arrows. Probably I will give it another try with UUPDump .iso later on when I have some time.

I did. Currently using UUP Dump.
So much for those who say we're misbehaving when we're forced to use UUPDump.

BTW, I'm on my first try with WU; installing 8%.

Smooth and quick on my Fast machine, but it didn't work on Skippy. It reverted to 18922 after "getting things ready" and "installing" looped back and forth following which I had to resort to "Update and restart." I'll try again later after running sfc and the dism series. May clean out C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download for good measure.
Hmmmm, maybe I should at least download from UUPDump, just in case. So far, Little Lenovo isn't cooperating, so I may have to do it anyway.

The novelties of the UUP Dump website were announced a few days ago by the creator of the site, whatever127 (formerly known as mkuba50):
UUP dump website has been modified to not remove superseded builds (instead new builds have a number appended to make them easily recognizable that they are newer). Additional change is addition of a few useful informations on the language selection page.

The Ring shows which ring was used to retrieve the update. If the update is available in multiple rings, but has the same ID, only the information about first check is saved.
A detailed explanation of these changes, by whatever127:
    1. What actually are superseded builds?- Superseded builds are Update IDs which have been replaced by Microsoft with new Update ID which may contain more files. This has happened multiple times when Microsoft published build that had some editions missing and then they silently published new update with missing editions added. All system files in both updates were the same, but the newer ones had more metadata files.

    2. Why the handling was changed from removal of superseded builds to appending numbers?- The handling was changed, because with build 18362.207 Microsoft started to publish some updated with multiple Update IDs in rings. Because of that the backend of the website every update retrieved data for first encountered ID, then after scan of next ring it removed it and replaced with another ID. During next scan the data was again marked as superseded and redownloaded. You can actually see the mess which that was created by this in the fileinfo repository of UUP dump at GitHub.

    3. Which update do you recommend to download?- If you see multiple updates with the same name but with a number appended, then the update with the largest number is most likely the most complete.

    4. Do you manually create the information data used by UUP dump website?- Some people for some reason think that I'm a wizard that creates data from nothing. It may be surprising, but actually I'm not. The data on the website is automatically retrieved by the backend script which runs every 30 minutes and scans all rings. I do not add manually any data to the website. I hope that I have covered everything for now.

Got a failure! Last time I looked it was at 84% installing.

Edit: Going to UUPDump to download. Ain't messing around with something that doesn't work and in my opinion, never has worked all that much.
