    I do not use Chrome because I do not like it, I use Firefox which supposedly blocks tracking in Firefox 68. I do not trust Google, which controls way to much of The Net.

    While I meant the above in jest,
    Mere common sense is the best protection.
    There is no 100% solution.
    There area number of sites which list dangerous sites to avoid.
    Clear Browser history and cookies.
    In Private Browsing is available in most browsers
    VPN or DOH
    A Good Virus, Aware and Malware scanners
    Google and even Microsoft have clear history and activity.
    being Paranoid about Total Privacy will lead you to no fun.
    The Truth is there IS no privacy on the internet so adjust your behavior
    accordingly .
