This update seems to have fixed the one issue that forced me to re-image my video editing machine back to 1809. I kept 1903 on another machine as a test for if/when the issue got fixed.

...The symptoms are seen in 1903 when playing a long (2 hour) .mp4 video in the 'Films & TV' app (aka 'Movies & TV' outside the UK). Trying to jump forwards to (say) 1hour 45 mins by clicking on the Seek bar the system would hang for up to a minute with about 40% CPU activity before the jump would complete. On the same machine In 1809 the jump forwards is instantaneous. This same effect is seen in all my other video processing apps, such as video editors.

Two normal and one slow ring updated, all had the Install now message come up again which was cleared by just checking for updates again. Otherwise no issues.

You're right, that is weird. What Windows are you running? Home, Pro, Other? and version. Your features don't look even close to Pro. More like a developer version.

the Net update was waiting pending download and the cumulative was waiting in the Download and Install tab. So, I downloaded the Net and i'll keep the cumulative waiting. I wonder if the non-patch day cumulatives will show up like that from now on, or if this is just showing up for people who went to 1903 after the June 11th cumulative. Also, i'd guess the updates being released on July 9th will show up like usual? or do we get the same powers for cumulatives and features.

Anyways, I haven't noticed anything in the current 1903 that has made me want to install a cumulative right now.

Also, would the DAIN (D&IN) listing go away after downloading the update once the Orchestrator makes another run and sees that the update was downloaded? sorta like how 1903 didn't show up in DAIN until the first Orchestrator run post June update, as opposed to immediately showing up? I'm sure some of the people who've noted that peculiarity pressed Check for Updates, so..

about 1.5GB total including the .net before it and the stack update and the cumulative. Like MS dumped the whole contents of the kitchen drawer on the server.
I got them from the MS update catalog instead of WU and they are quite small

    KB4502584 CU for .NET Framework - 57MB
    KB4506933 SSU - 15MB
    KB4501375 CU - 218MB

[each is the x64 version, the x86 versions would be smaller]

I didn't actually add up the downloaded files. That 1.5GB was the difference from what I knew I had free before and after. So, don't know.

Big update but I can use my event viewer again without having to hack a fix.
