    UPDATE 6/27: New KB4506933 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 v1903 - June 27


    Microsoft has released a new servicing stack update KB4506933 via Windows Update for Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.207 to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring.

    Release notes are not yet available by Microsoft. This post will be update if/when they are available.

    I get an error when I try to open it.

    An error occurred trying to open - C:\temp\kb4506933 Error: 0x80070002

    Edit: I forgot to at the .cab extension to it and once I did it processed normally.

    Context Menu doesn't have an "Install" option. Tried it on 2 computers. (One was running insider, so didn't go further than to check if that showed "Install" on the Context Menu. It didn't.)
    The option to install with DISM in an admin CMD worked, on my Surface Pro 6. But that is not yet being offered the "Cumulative Update KB4501375 Windows 10 Release Preview v1903 build 18362.207 - June 24"

    I'm guessing here, but are you looking for this? The context menu entry for installing a .cab file?
