This release also will update Office 2019

Not sure about Office/365 as I don't have that and I think people on these Forums know my vies about Subscription software !!!!

Anyway Office 2019 on this release (not yet presented on the standard 19H1 ----.175 build)

In my case this is the first update in quite a while that won't install on 2 machines. I can't find the common point because it installs on laptop.

    Hi there

not really as this forum pertains to everything in this new Windows release -- my point was to say that I'm not (yet) being offered this Office release on the current Windows release but on this one so IMO it is relevant.

Sorry, I'm confused, also. This is a thread on the latest cumulative for Release Preview.

Microsoft has released a new cumulative Update KB4501375 via Windows Update for Windows 10 version 1903 build 18362.207 to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview ring.

    Hi there
    @f14tomcat

Yes and in THIS release I was being offered the office updates but on the standard release I wasn't. I think the point of this thread is for people to make remarks on either defects with the release or anomalies such as after installing if you again do a WU (Windows update) what happens compared with the non insider releases !! --after all isn't proper testing designed to test as many scenarios as possible !!!!!

I suspect that's why modern I.T systems fail so often as people don't understand the concepts of rigorus testing !!! - and don't get me started on regression testing -- I doubt if a lot of people working in I.T today actually understand that concept at all.

If they did I'm sure that problems fixed in one release wouldn't again appear broken in an update further down the line.

However this isn't saying that the office 2019 update is broken in this release --it isn't --it's just strange I'm offered it in this release but not in the standard 19H1 release.

    Cheers

    Hi folks

UUPDUMP method to create the iso from the standard current build 18362.175 throws up Screensmart warning via Windows defender.

UUPDUMP is 100% safe so either turn off screensmart or change the options to simply warn so you can continue while making the iso.
well jimbo45 I was having an awesome & fun time creating a multi-edition 1903 ISO a few weeks ago thru UUPDUMP [with the UUP to ISO converter batch script from abbodi on Github] that not only has the Home & Pro editions but also lists the "higher" editions like Education and Enterprise (and even Pro for Workstations though not listed) during setup in this lovely screenshot (also added the ei.cfg file onto the Sources folder) [HAH! ]

let's see if the 1903 ISO image you created from a uupdump can do that, jimbo

about the KB4501375 update currently in the RP ring - might get released publicly between tomorrow 6/26 and Fri. 6/28
