Insider builds will always expire, but new builds will be released long before the expiration date.

No, you have not. Your Windows 10 is activated with a so called KMS key, using your organization's Key Management Server and volume licensing. In all activation issues, you should ask your organization's IT staff to help you.

    Is it suppose to expire.

    I have a digital license.
It was a used computer updated to win 10 pro
    Thanks
Hi therealdalegrib and welcome to ten forums. All Insider prerelease builds at this stage of the release cycle have expiry dates. As the builds get close to release the expiry date and the watermark are removed. Mine has the same date as yours.

I am on my own. I am pretty sure that there is no way to find my license key. i have tried several key finders and have had no luck .

    Thanks for the help.
i just went back in and changed my ring to fast so maybe next time i will get the full prerelease.
Because i am missing the lang. settings. if i understand what brink said it could be because i was not on the fast ring .

Please do not shoot the messenger: Your Windows license is a pirate one. Volume licenses like your KMS one are sold for organizations. Reselling those is strictly forbidden.

At some point in the future, you will most probably lose the activation. In your case, I would go legit and buy a valid Windows 10 license.

    Clean Install.

Today I clean installed build 18922.1000 to a 500 GB NVMe card, which is dedicated to this install on a dual boot system. (Released version 1903 is on another dedicated NVMe card.)
I installed a new mobo, CPU, RAM and video card some time ago, and lost my ability to boot the "Insider" installation, which was the previous build. Probably because Insider had stored info about the old mobo drivers. The fixes I tried were not successful.
When I clean installed Build 18922 today, I deleted all existing partitions on the drive. Now Disk Management shows only one partition on that drive. Listed as "Healthy (Boot, Page File, Crash Dump, Basic Data Partition)"
    Insider is running OK.
    Advice/comments, please

Sounds like your BOOT is divided and mixed between disks. Each one should have same partitions.
Here are my examples of regular build on one disk and Insider build on another SSD:
Regular 1903 build on Samsung NVMe:
    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18922 (20H1) - June 19-image.png
Skip ahead build on another SSD
    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18922 (20H1) - June 19-image.png
The difference is only in 23,29GB un-allocated partition on Samsung drive, it is for Over provisioning which other SSD doesn't have.
When doing a clean install on system with another active OS, it's best to disconnect or disable it until installed.
Can you show a picture of your disk management ?

    @CountMike. Appreciate your response.

Here are screen grabs of the 2 drives.

Disk 6 is a single data drive.

I would need guidance regarding adding the content to partitions. I think I can successfully add, size and format partitions, but how to add the correct content is where I am lost.

Edit: Macrium shows an unformatted 16MB partition at the front of Disk 5, and an unformatted 128MB partition at the front of Disk 7, ?? GPT info ??

Just as I suspected, Mixed up BOOT partitions. I would disable Disk 7 and reinstall windows on disk 6, they should look identical except the letter C would be on disk you actually boot fro at that time. You may also want to use Samsung Magician to allocate some space for Over provisioning, it allegedly helps with SSD longevity, specially if close to full. Some data is actually swapped to that partition so all cells get same wear and tear when written to.

When clean installing Windows, its advisable to unplug secondary drives so you just have the OS drive plugged in to avoid situations like this.
