Me! No problems on Fast, but 0x80070005 is more than outstaying its welcome on Skippy.
Were you able to eventually install, larc919?

I had one of my computers fail with this install but have already forgot the code, Wynona. Three successes and one failure—working on ‘retry’ on that one.
Try right click Start > Shut down or sign out > Update and restart
    This worked for me.

No, not yet. I've rebooted several times and even re-opened WU as an administrator, but nothing seems to work.

Mine is skippy as well, but no amount of restarting is helping. I'm thinking I may need to restore with a Macrium backup and try getting 18922 again.

Might solve your problem, larc919. Thank God for Macrium!

40 minute install from start to finish, all cleaned up, and backed up with MR.

I will post back here if I find anything wrong, or have anything unusual to report.

    peace

Fell asleep on couch after 16:30 (4:30 PM), insomnia in bad phase. Woke up 02:00 (2 AM), didn't know about new build but as systray showed the pending restart icon, thought there were once again some HP system update waiting reboot and restarted.

Not full 15 minutes later I was back on desktop, in build 18922.

Can't complain. New build and over 9 hours sleep after two sleepless nights
