Finally got it installed on the fifth try. Four failures, but thank goodness it retried on its own once I hit retry after the first failure.

Today I had access to the new options to manage the notifications that Microsoft is (A/B) testing and I noticed a small detail that few have mentioned, a new button in the Action Center to access the notification settings:

A custom UWP shortcut with a custom icon will show properly if pinned to the Taskbar...
if not pinned, it will show as a blank...

I find this new option quite useful:
There is no need to open the Action center to access the notification settings or to turn off the notifications, you can do it from the banner itself (by clicking on the gear icon or simply by right clicking on the banner).Last edited by LEOPEVA64; 16 Jun 2019 at 11:58.
