because last build I had no search bar and had to go back to a previous build.
That's one of the known issues of this build:

This is what I see originally

    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18917 (20H1) - June 12-iitial-without-search-bar.png

Clicking on the quick access search bar on right,
    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18917 (20H1) - June 12-search-quick-access.png

    gives me this,

    New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast+Skip Build 18917 (20H1) - June 12-clicking-search-bar-right.png

Hope that helps a bit. Initially I don't have the search tab either.

Can you give an image of what you see initially? Not followed the post totally, sorry but would be interesting to see.

Same here but clicking on the "search Quick access" where the cursor is flashing brings up the search tab above for me. It also works if quick access is disabled and "Search this PC" is showing in the same right hand small search box.

So clicking on 1 doesn't bring the tab up on 2?

Odd. Might be worth DISM restorehealth and a system file checker before you try a refresh or clean install. At least you have a backup. Sorry to be of no help
