I did used DDU (in safe mode) but I still have the problem so, I will do it again as you said.

Did you get rid of the Studio Driver with DDU first? May be bits and pieces left, clean install of the driver is best, in safe mode.

Thanks once more for the input because without it I wouldn't know about the NVIDIA Hot Fix.
After installing the HF at least up to now no BSOD's.
