    Hi,
    Mounting an iso and saving apps and files takes roughly 20 minutes.

    Again it depends on the machine specs. In my case it was just over an hour.

    Take a full screen shot, if you can see the line on it, it's coming from graphics sub system (GPU or driver), If not, it's your display or cable (ribbon in case of laptop).
    It must be my screen then as its not there when I take a screenshot and move it from the area.

    Must be the screen then. Do you see logic behind that test ?

    The fact that it changes color with background suggests it maybe a problem with the lcd panel, and these things can happen in an instant, nothing to do with anything you have done. Have you checked the cable, made sure it's seating properly etc? Is it HDMI or DVI or VGA type connector?

    It's a LCD laptop lid screen.

    See if anything changes while you rotate lid up and down, could be bad ribbon cable connecting it to base. They can crack easily, I changed many of them.

    Hi there
    @CountMike

    If you have any keys left over from technet days they all --even the "standard retail versions" be activated when installing either the original product e.g W7 or used for upgrading to W10 -- activation works multiple times I think at least >10 to 20 -- the technet program was so generous which is why It was stopped !!! however if you have any of those keys they will work to create activated versions of W10 --you don't need to "Waste" W7 / W8/W8.1 keys" !!!! I'm sure you have keys from the good old Technet days !!! --- you don't need the original ISO's just the keys. MSDN keys work the same as technet if you were an MSDN subscriber BTW.

    I'm running several W10 systems having activated them from a single W7 Ultimate technet key. I have several keys unused as well for future needs if required.

    Cheers
