Nope, no personal folders will be touched...but in any case make a system image before updating, to be on the safe side.
    Morning, Ddelo.

I trust you Bree, but can anyone else confirm? This is my main PC where I do most of my work so I don't want it to stop working on me...

    Thank you!
Ditto on all the above. Backup up first, to an external detachable drive if possible. Put it somewhere safe, unplugged from the machine, and go ahead. The nightmare of last Fall with it deleting some users Documents Folder is long gone. It's safe to go ahead and do 1903. Just take normal precautions.

I'll try and run the most recent updates as soon as I can.

I had some problems a few months ago when the electricity went out and the Windows Update was still waiting on "pending restart"...

Okay this is really weird. I was about to press the "Restart Now" button but instead of having the 1903 update it's now got this update listed:
"2019-06 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems"

    Is that from 1803 ?

I think so. Earlier it said it was updating to 1903...

I may just leave my PC running tonight and do the restart in the morning... *sigh*

I got the same when trying to update to 1903.
It first updated to the latest 1809, rebooted and when I checked again for updates I got 1903, which installed without any issue.
