    Hi there @Warre1

    no it's still broken

Just tested another PC deliberately leaving a USB HDD attached and doing update from .116 -- got the error message. Remove USB and update worked normally. (I used UUPDUMP for the iso to update from).

    cheers

    Yes it is still broken.
I cannot upgrade using the installation media on USB stick because the I installation media created from the Microsoft download is still at build 18362.30. I assume it will only work when they make the ISO available at build 18362.145 or higher.
Also tried creating an ISO with UUP, but still creates 18362.1 build and not 18362.145 as shown on the commands at
UUP (Unified Update Platform) Generation Project (v2.4.6) [by @RGAdguard & mkuba50]

you mean released generally to the public? I hear you, larc.

MS should have made updated 1903 ESDs/ISOs that should have contained “This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10” fix but did not (though they may do that either next month or in July)

no matter - I'll just download KB4497935 thru a recent UUP dump w/ uup dump downloader since KB4497935 did show up on there and I'll just create an updated 1903 ISO image containing that fix
    Hi,
Could you explain how to create an updated 1903 ISO installation file at build 18362.145 that includes KB4497935 ?

The ISO available to download from Microsoft is still at build 18362.30.
    Thanks.

    Hi @fg2001gf10F,

Here are the commands that I use to integrate updates and drivers to the 18362.30 install.wim

I also copy the extracted files from the latest Dynamic Update cab(windows10.0-kb4502374-x64) to the sources folder.

This update has "successfully" installed three times for me now; first on the 24th May then on 1st June and again on today, on the 4th June. Not sure why this keeps installing but it shows as successfully installed each time but I continue to be on build 18362.145.

    Anyone else seeing this?
