I downloaded sp62981 which is an old version (just searching for sp62981 on google will find it for you) but before even doing that simply disable the HP service. This
service is installed by the driver. Attachment 243601

So the answer is to enable websearch and then install the update?
Or uninstall the update enable websearch and reinstall it?
I think just enabling it and a restart would do it although I uninstalled the update enabled it and reinstalled but I had already uninstalled the update when I discovered the solution.
