That sounds exactly the same as what Im seeing on my PC too so Im guessing it must be normal for this particular warning to look like that. It is the only warning or error that is written strangely. The rest of the entries in Event Viewer when you view their general details look perfectly fine
The 1903 version caused dropouts and high Latency Mon hits and those of us that use our PC's for recording studio work had to revert back to 1809. The newly released KB4501375 appears to have fixed this problem. I installed KB4501375 on a laptop with 1903 and it ran latency mon for over 15 minutes with no "hits". Prior to installing the KB it would get hits within the first 2 to 3 minutes. I upgraded my recording studio laptop from 1809 to 1903 last evening and the latest 1903. I tried to install KB4501375 and it reported that that KB was included in the current 1903 upgrade image. That system also ran for 15 minutes and no Latency Mon "hits".
...and for video editing work - also fixed by KB4501375.

Anyone noticed that there was an issue (or you can call it a feature), since 1903 and windows started clearing the temp folder?
It was bad for me, cause I keep files in the temp folder, and I check it regularly. But the last update 207 resolved it.
Okay thanks. I'll keep an eye on mine.
