I already did download of 1903 build and im using include w last updates, my observation is about MS indecision, now there is, now there is not!
yes, i use smartphone for downloads sometimes, include MS Win1903 was downloaded by smartphone. include to download games like MS Quantum Break
I always visit the sites to check out some news, and then I came across the screen that no longer showed the option for the 1903 build, so I realized that the ghost out / 2018 was back in action. And, for the post referring to 1809, I mean my preference was to stay in 1803, this is its launch. Now I am testing 1903, and if everything is not so bad, regarding the bugs, I will stay in it until the next chapter of this novel. It was just that, nothing more than an observation. hug

I used the 'Everything' app. In any event, when opening the lid the screen is not entirely black - but "near-black". So the software is obviously displaying "something". When I then restart by depressing and holding down the power button and then pushing it again after shutdown is complete - the screen is A-OK after restart - which tells me this is not a hardware problem. As I stated earlier, this problem began after updating to Win 10 Home v1903 upgrade.
I have updated to 1903 on three machines it loaded ok but on all the machines from 80% took ages to install but in the end loaded ok. When I looked at this topic to see if anyone else had the same problem and noticed that on the topic heading it also said there was a health dashboard I looked through all the settings and could not find it so I typed in search box Health dashboard and it came up looking like one of the setting pages should it be in the settings pages or is it hiding
You may be thinking of Microsoft's web page listing current known issues. They call it their Windows release health dashboard.
I have looked at Bree"s suggestion and agree. my question now is what have I found with the screenshots. Going through my machine and opening all the headings they are all info about my pc not faults in 1903
Hi,
Softpedia well okay :/
As long as you don't mind not really noticing some update settings might not be there anymore or that apps and features crashes left and right yeah it's a great start
No telling what other bugs are in 1903
Just performance wise benchmarks are down at least 10% so to me it's a fail.
Just don't look too closely and stick with update actually finishing as a gauge of success.
