Not just about old computers, on *116, I was losing WIFI intermittently, the network would disconnect. Reverting to *113 was the only solution. Not to mention the Sandbox startup issue.

New "Feature" I guess? But recently have been getting this NAG screen while checking for updates. MS thinks I should adjust my active hours 1PM to 9PM (not sure what time zone they are talking about??) so I can reduce disruptions? I want to leave them where I choose them and be ready for updates and installs rather then after 9PM or before 1PM. Option to [turn ON], but nothing for NO/opt out etc. When an update happens there is an option to [restart now] or [schedule the restart] but, I am very rarely in a situation that this would be an disruption.
There also appears to be an error with Pro versions losing their update deferral options. I had found that by doing a repair install they would return, in a number of cases.
Another member then noted if you change the deferral to anything other than zero, once you had restored the options, and then check back after a certain amount of time the options are again removed.
Not sure what the timeframe is but I hadn't checked these options in days once I set them.
Confirmed, tested in Windows 10 Pro (x86) build 18362.116.
If you set a non-zero number of days to defer features updates or quality updates then they disappear from the Advanced options.
It's not a 'timeframe', as such. The contents of these Windows Update settings pages are only refreshed when you check for updates, either the automatic check or manually. Set a number of days then check for updates will make the option(s) disappear straight away.
Using Regedit to set 'DeferFeaturesUpdatePeriodInDays' or 'DeferQualtyUpdatePeriodInDays' back to zero in the key HKLM\SOTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings will make them visible again (after another 'check for updates').
KB4497935, the CU for 18362.145, does not fix this bug.
