Does your pc use intel realsense camera module for windows hello?
Bacause 1903 still has unresolved problems with intel SR300 and s200 realsense cameras.
I have camera that uses SR300 module and I somehow got offered windows 1903 via windows update recently, even when it says that problem only mitigated but not resolved on Microsoft page.
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/win...903#446msgdesc

If you have Realsense camera you can try one of the workarounds You can also see in device manager if your camera is intel realsense:
Disable and re-enable the driver in Device Manager. In the Search box, type "Device Manager" and press Enter. In the Device Manager dialog box, expand Cameras, then right-click on any RealSense driver listed and select Disable device. Right click on the driver again and select Enable device.
Note This workaround will only resolve the issue until your next system restart.
Thanks, but I've got Realtek integrated webcams for facial recognition and the Intel AVStream Camera 2500.

Confirmed, tested in Windows 10 Pro (x86) build 18362.116.

If you set a non-zero number of days to defer features updates or quality updates then they disappear from the Advanced options.

It's not a 'timeframe', as such. The contents of these Windows Update settings pages are only refreshed when you check for updates, either the automatic check or manually. Set a number of days then check for updates will make the option(s) disappear straight away.

Using Regedit to set 'DeferFeaturesUpdatePeriodInDays' or 'DeferQualtyUpdatePeriodInDays' back to zero in the key HKLM\SOTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsUpdate\UX\Settings will make them visible again (after another 'check for updates').

KB4497935, the CU for 18362.145, does not fix this bug.
it seems the "missing" deferral update problem in 1903 continues, even with recent CUs like KB4507453 (not sure about KB4505903 in the RP ring)

Yes and for that reason, I'm not updating my important machines until that's sorted. I want more control, not less!

Windows Sandbox may fail to start with error code “0x80070002”
Windows Sandbox may fail to start with "ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002)" on devices in which the operating system language was changed between updates
After Cumulative Update KB4505903 Windows 10 v1903 build 18362.267 - July 26 Sandbox starts, just the Store and UWP apps won't work.

I sent feedback to let them know

unfortunately, that may take much longer for MS to figure out how to fix, either with a futuristic cumulative update or perhaps with the upcoming 1909/19H2 release

Lately I've developed network stuttering issues as in when I access the internet my computer stutters while any program uses internet access. I tried changing dns servers and ended up turning off automatic proxy. I ran sfc /scannow and dism tool neither of which shows any corrupt files.
